I really do love photographing surprise proposals. I always pre plan everything with the guys ahead of time like where I’ll be hiding in the bushes! ha! We always go over the location details, the timeline, what the couple will be wearing, what are my cues before he goes down on his knee, etc. I even find myself getting nervous and excited waiting for the moment to happen because I know how the guy feels. I remember being so nervous myself when I asked my wife over 10 years ago now. Sweaty palms, shortness of breath, heart beating a mile a minute! Hoping that she says YES! Ugh! 🙂 Well luckily for Ramin,  Tanya said yes and since they have been dating for over 4 years now, I think that she knew the question was coming sooner than later. Congratulations to the both of you! I was so happy to be a part of this very special occasion. Now since it was my birthday and I was already full of cake and ice cream, I thought it was a pretty cool way to end the night!

So for all of you N’Sync fans who about had a heart attack at the brief reunion on the MTV Video Music Awards show 2013 last night, I give you Mr. Joey Fatone of N’Sync!

Joey was a super nice guy and a pleasure to meet! He even warned me several times that during his tee-off’s that I might want to get behind the golf cart just for my own safety! ha!

I did watch the show last night and Justin Timberlake had probably the best performance of the night hands down. It was really cool for him (Justin) to accept his award and acknowledge the accomplishments of his partners in N’Sync.  These were some quick shots that I had of Joey Fatone at this year’s Hootie & the Blowfish Monday After the Masters Pro-Am Golf Tournament held in Myrtle Beach this year.   If you ever want to meet some really great celebrities face to face on the golf course, this is the Pro Am tournament to be at every year! I always have a great time helping out my friend Matthew Glac of MG Photography for this shoot every year.
